Industries we supply

If your plant burns coal, lignite or firewood for steam or heat, biomass fuel can usually replace some or all of it.

Textile processing and dyeing

Steam for dyeing, bleaching and finishing, often from coal-fired boilers running round the clock. Briquettes suit most of these boilers and many units in Gujarat’s textile clusters already use them.

Pharmaceuticals and chemicals

Process steam and thermic fluid heating where consistent fuel quality matters. Batch-wise lab reports help with your own compliance records.

Food processing and edible oil

Boilers for cooking, drying and oil extraction. Low-sulphur fuel with no chemical binders.

Ceramics, tiles and brick kilns

High, even heat for firing. Briquettes can replace part of the coal in kilns and furnaces.

Power plants

Pellets for co-firing with coal, helping plants meet their biomass blending requirements.

Hotels, hospitals and laundries

Smaller boilers and hot water systems that run on wood today can switch to briquettes.

Export buyers

Pellets and briquettes packed for export. Send us your specification and destination port.

What changes when you switch

Most solid-fuel boilers can burn biomass with little or no modification. A few things are worth planning for:

  • Storage. Biomass must stay dry, so it needs covered storage.
  • Feeding rate. Biomass has a lower calorific value than most coal, so you feed somewhat more by weight for the same heat.
  • Ash handling. Ash is usually lower than Indian coal, which means less to clear.

We can talk your boiler operator through the switch and send a trial load first.
